We've seen a handful of collaboration albums drop so far in 2018, with the likes of Travis Scott and Quavo, Furtue and Juice WRLD and even an R&B project with Ty Dolla $ign and Jeremih. Whenever these collab albums drop I'm always a little skeptical of how much effort actually goes into putting a full body of work together. More often than not it sounds like these efforts are half finished songs artists trade back and forth until an x number of tracks are completed. There are always a few highlights but nothing with real replay value.All that being said, this is not the case for the Curren$y, Freddie Gibbs and Alchemist project that has finally surfaced. Two of the heaviest spitters in the game going over Alchemist produced beats, please tell me what's more hip hop than that. Curren$y and Gibbs have a long history of guest appearances on each others projects and always utilize the production chops of Alchemist. Rumours of the project surfaced back in 2017 and after a year of waiting, fans of any of these artists will not be disappointed. Stream FETTI beloiw.
