Toronto emcee DillanPonders has just releases his highly anticpated project, THE BOY WHO DIED. This latest drop is the follow up to his critically 2014 mixtape, THE BOY WHO LIVED, a project based on the reckless, drug-fuelled, hard partying scene where he first made his name. That lifestyle eventually drove DillanPonders into a deep depression, in which he hit rock bottom and found himself homeless, sleeping in bus shelters and bank lobbies. This latest release,THE BOY WHO DIED, finds Ponders reflecting on his past lifestyle and celebtates his journey out of this dark period of time, making him an even stronger man and emcee. With a new frame of mind, theres no limit to how far the Toronto legend can take it. The album is entirely produced by Australian beat- smith BVB, and the loan feature comes from the Grammy-nominated legendary Canadian soprano Measha Brueggergosman.
